What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted for defective product only. In the event you wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to support@manhattanscrapbook.com detailing the reasons for your return. Intent to return a product must be sent within seven days of receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item. Once the product has been received we will gladly send you an identical replacement item. If an identical replacement item is not desired or available, you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price and original shipping costs.

Manhattan Scrapbook is a small family owned and operated business. Unfortunately we do not have the capital to keep a large inventory. However, if there is a product line that you'd like to see, please e-mail us at support@manhattanscrapbook.com and let us know! Orders are processed and mailed via USPS within 24 business hours.

If I choose free delivery, how soon can I expect my merchandise?
Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday afternoons. An order must be processed before 11am to qualify for same day delivery.

What qualifies an order for free delivery?
To qualify for free delivery an order must meet two criteria. The order must exceed a dollar amount of $50 and the address of delivery must be within the local area of Manhattan Kansas. Areas considered "local" are Manhattan, St. George, and Wamego. Delivery to Ft. Riley, Junction City and Ogden is available for a small fee of $3. If you would like local delivery, please be sure to include a contact number in the notes area of your payment submission.

How do I get free delivery?
Free Delivery is figured after you've successfully submitted an order. Go through the check-out process as if you were paying shipping. Once your order is received, we will call the phone number given to set up a delivery time. Once a time has been agreed upon, your order will then be charged. If you paid through Google Checkout, you will not be billed shipping. If you paid through PayPal, a credit will be given to your account for the amount charged for shipping.

What's with the shipping costs?
Due to the unique sizes and weights that vary wildly between our different products, it is sometimes difficult to program the expectant shipping costs into the system we have available to us. If your order includes sheets of individual paper, please request a shipping & handling quote from us.

Why should I request an invoice?
When ordering individual sheets of paper, the shipping calculated is usually wrong. By requesting an invoice you'll get an accurate "bill" for the items you wish to purchase. Please send an email to support@manhattanscrapbook.com detailing the items you'd like to purchase. You'll then get an invoice slip requesting payment for the items.
